Surge current: After testing, capacitors shall meet the following:
Cap.: Shall be within the tolerance specified.
Marking: In accordance with MIL-PRF-39003
Weibull FR level grading: Capacitors shall be subjected to an accelerated voltage test in accordance with
the requirements of MIL-PRF-39003 except the time shall be 168 hours minimum. After testing there shall
be no visible damage and the part shall meet the requirements herein.

APPLICATION NOTE: A SOURCE IMPEDANCE OF AT LEAST ONE OHM SHOULD BE USED IN ALL
CIRCUITRY CONTAINING THESE PARTS TO ACT AS A TRANSIENT SUPPRESSOR.
